Abstract
Background: Post-partum bleeding is defined by WHO as a state of blood loss >500 ml at 24 hours after delivery. Diagnosis of post-partum bleeding is obtained by finding out the source of the bleeding, calculating the amount of blood lost and the clinical state of the patient. Purpose: To find out the description of the incidence of post partum hemorrhage in pervaginam delivery patients in the Obsgyn Room of Haji Hospital, East Java Province. Research Methods: This study used a descriptive type of research with a CrossSectional design. The population of all mothers who gave birth in the delivery room of the Hajj Regional Hospital in East Java Province, samples were taken as many as 30 people. Bivariate analysis is performed by descriptive analysis. Research Results: Pervaginam delivery patients who experienced post partum hemorrhage in the age category were at risk (14.1%), multigravida parity (83.5%) and primigravida (16.5%), the delivery distance was less than < 2 years (14.1%), the incidence of old partus (8.2%), patients who had no history of bleeding in previous delivery (80.3$) and the patient's pregnancy ≥ 37 weeks (84.7%) while < 37 weeks (15.3%). Patients with post partum hemorrhagewhich was caused by perineal tearing (23,5%), cervical tears (15,3%), uterine atony and retention of the rest of the placenta(16,5%),placental retention (11,8%) and blood clotting abnormalities (8,2%). Management of post-partumpal hemorrhage and pervaginam delivery patients in the form of drugs and measures (83.5%). Complications of post partum hemorrhage (14,1%). Conclusion: Management of post partum hemorrhage in pervaginam delivery patients is a treatment and action, post partum bleeding complications occur 14.1% and there are no deaths due to post partum hemorrhage Keywords: Postpartum hemorrhage
