      Abstract

      This study tried to find a relationship between increased kempetensi owned by a worker with the courage to take action to quit her job (turnover). The method used is a qualitative research method with informants selected as a source of information / data are those who have worked at PT. PGSU Surabaya and commit turnovers. Result found that workers increased competence have the courage to move to work in the company of others. Selection of a work based competence to ensure the life of the future potential to cause turnovers. Keyword: Intention Turnover, Turnover, Competence
