Abstract
The existence of means to maintain or regain lost rights to be one of the law state
requirements. This study aims to analyze the absolute competence of the Industrial
Relation Court in handling all the problems of labor rights violation. This study is a
normative legal research with the statute approach and socio- legal studies. The results
shows that the competence of the Industrial Relation Court has not been able to handle
all the problems of labor rights violations, especially those that are public. The resulted
recommendations are the revision of provisions related to the absolute competence of
the industrial relation court and district court.
