Abstract

This study analysis home industry shie open toe-slipper in Krian Kemasan, Sidoarjo Regency. Existence home industry as strong industry although crisis of macro-economic. Home industry potential can increase to social welfare. The development can pass through capital, skill, and marketing. Four access street economic powering pass through government, which human resources, technology, market extensive, and relation for capital.
