Abstract
The entrepreneurial spirit is a mental attitude or the qualities of courage, virtue, tenacity, and fortitude in meeting needs and solving life problems with the power that is in yourself. Human entrepreneurs are generally creative and innovative in fighting for their welfare. The purpose of this paper is to provide students with knowledge and skills through cooperative practices in student cooperatives (KOPMA) to have an entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurial people need strong personalities to advance their lives. The need was endeavored to be met by an education organized at Laboratories called the Student Cooperative. Education has the task of preparing individuals who can responsibly obtain welfare of life through all aspects of personality, including morals, characters, intellectuals, and skills so that eventually individuals can stand alone in overcoming life's problems. Through cooperative practices held in KOPMA laboratories, both theoretical and practical students are provided with provisions such as: how to organize, get to know and assume responsibility both for themselves and for others, managerial skills in managing cooperative assets and their management. Through Student Cooperatives Student cooperative education also has theoretical and practical experience that can develop their entrepreneurial souls that are useful for overcoming life's problems in the future. This means that through cooperative practices held at the KOPMA Laboratory, every student is trained to develop their entrepreneurial spirit.
