Abstract
This study aims to clarify the role of social organizations and educational institutions in addressing social problems for small traders in the Krukah of market of meshes thithil of bank. The research method used was participatory and qualitative analysis . The result is a social institution (Seksi wanita of the Ummul Mu'mineen Mosque) has given its role in addressing the problems of the society, in particular the existence of bank thithil undermine efforts by providing interest-free loan to traders Krukah and surrounding markets . Educational institutions (LPPM-team from Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya and SMKN 8 Surabaya) have participated to help alleviate poverty through skills training that is basic bookkeeping business administration , basic internet and e - market basis and their cooking skill . Assistance in the form of means of production grants that use Presto cookers and ovens respectively by 4 sets will be very useful for the resolution of social problems continually and continuously . Recommendations are expected to be no further action in the form of capital grants in the form of cash
