Abstract
Certain Time Work Agreements (PKWT) after Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021
are limited maximum 5 (five) years of service. The fact is that there are multiple
interpretations of the time limit PKWT based work. The purpose of this research
analysed the time limit of the PKWT based on the provisions of Law No. 13 of 2003 in
conjunction with Law No. 11 of 2020 in conjunction with Government Regulation No.
35 of 2021. This research was a normative juridical approach statute approach and
systematic interpretation methods. The results showed that the time limit of the working
period PKWT was multi-interpretive of the systematic interpretation of both Article 59
of Law No. 13 2003 in conjunction with Article 59 of Law No. 11 of 2020 in conjunction
with Article 5, Article 8, Article 9, Article 10 Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021.
