Abstract
The objective of this research is simultaneuosly to know the employee performance, career improvement, and as the effectiveness of its measured application using the seven dimensions of wowrk. The data collection method is done by qualitative method that is observation technique, interview and documentation. Based on the results of research and interviews can be seen that the performance of emlployess in PT. HM Sampoerna is considere enough eith what is expected by the company. In its application FTO method is always socialized to all related employess such as careerimprovement in HM Sampoerna, the training that has been provided by the management. Asseesing employee performance using FTO method is considered to be quite effective and objective, because it is able to asses the final result of the emlployee performance with the seven components.
