Abstract
Entrepreneurial spirit is a mental attitude or attributes of courage, vitue, perseverance and fortitude in fulfill the needs and solve the problems of life with the power that exist within ourself. An entrpreneur man are gererally creative and innovative to fight for their prosperity. The purpse of this activity is to provide kwoledge and skills to the pupils/students through school cooperative education that has a entrepreneur spirit. Humans need a strong entrepreneur personality to advance their life. It needs met by the educational cultivated. Education has the task to prepare individuals to be responsible for the welfare gain through all aspectsof life, including moral personality, character, intelectual and skills, so that in the end the individuals are capable of standing alone in dealing with the problems of life. Through school cooperative education students/pupils are given both theoretical and practical provisions, among others: how to organize, recognized and take responsibility both to himself and to athers: managerial skills in managing assets and quality arrangement. Through school cooperative education students/pupils receive both theoretical and practical experience to develop entrepreneurial souls are useful to solve the problems of live in the future.
