Abstract
Objective: To know the description of the prospective bride and groom's knowledge level about preparation for the first pregnancy based on nutritional status, healthy lifestyle, information sources. Methods: This research is a simple descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The research location is in KUA Senen District from January to February 2021 the number of polls is 74 people, the number of samples is 55 people with total sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire sheet, while for data analysis was univariate analysis. Results: From the results of the Univariate research, there were 46 respondents who had good knowledge about pregnancy preparation (83.6%), 43 people with good knowledge and normal nutritional status (93.5%). 36 people (78.2%) had a healthy lifestyle and 38 respondents with good knowledge and good information sources (82.6%). Conclusion: Most of the respondents who have good knowledge about preparation for pregnancy have normal nutritional status and a healthy lifestyle that is sufficient in accordance with good sources of information Keywords: Prospective Bride, Preparation for Pregnancy
