Abstract
Key Words: Games, The Result of Learning English, interesting. English which is not a new subject but some student still feel difficult to make conversation, actually there are many ways to make students feel easy to do it. One of the way is game. Games will make student feel easier in studying English. Games are really effective and useful. Many experts use games in teaching language activity because games have been proved to have a great deal of value. They are used for teaching because they facilitate students in learning process, attract the students in participation and motivation, strengthen the lessons the students get. At the same time, games provide enjoyable situations that break the tension and the students’ boredom. Games also provide competition and cooperation among the students. Games can be used as a variation for English teaching and also arise motivation. Motivation plays an important role for the success of teaching learning process. That’s why the researcher suggested games as an additional means for teaching English because games can attract students’ motivation and participation. Thus, games can be used as facilitators. For this reason, the teachers should give games in their teaching. As English teacher, we have to create activities which make the students use the target language as often as they can. Therefore proper and adequate technique is needed.
