Abstract

The business of White-rumped shama (Burung Murai Batu) has increased based on the massive demand and making it a promising market for White-rumped shama bird breeders. Furthermore, it is also one of the birds that have a relatively high selling price. There are several problems in White-rumped shama birds breading, one of which is the parent of the White-rumped shama, reluctant to incubate the eggs. A pair of arranged White-rumped shama birds can mate and lay eggs, but farmers always face many problems, and it caused the failure to raise livestock. The problem is often encountered is White-rumped shama bird parent is reluctant to incubate its eggs. Therefore, in this final project, an Arduino Uno based Egg Magpie Bird Hatching Machine was designed. The methodology uses the observation of White-rumped shama birds life, then the design of TTG Hatching Machine adapts to White-rumped shama bird, which realized with Arduino Uno microcontroller. Thus, the hatcher makes it easier and more efficient to hatch White-rumped shama eggs.
