Abstract

The motivation for doing this research is to examine the influence of perception of organizational support and work stress has on the level of turnover intention of employees of Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling technique which aims to select research respondents based on the required characteristics. The F and T hypothesis tests were used as an analytical method in this study. As for testing the magnitude of the influence of variables used correlation calculations. From the calculation results show the perception of organizational support (X1), work stress (X2) have a simultaneous effect on the level of turnover intention (Y) of employees at Honda Surya Gemilang Motor Surabaya. Thus, all independent variables (X1 and X2) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Y).
