Abstract
ABSTRAKPemerintah melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) mewajibkan sertifikasi halal baik untuk produk maupun jasa, tidak terkecuali para suplair gizi di sebuah unit pelayanan obstetry neonatal emergensi dasar (PONED) di puskesmas Kedundung. Halal menurut ketentuan syariat Islam adalah sesuatu yang baik, suci atau bersih, dan tidak berbahaya. Sertifikat halalberfungsi sebagai salah satualat bagi para suplair gizi untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah pelayanan yang dihasilkan, serta memberikan ketenangan bagi pasien, terutama bagi pasien Muslim. Selain itu, para suplair ditantang untuk menerapkan Sistem Jaminan Halal sehingga mutu dan kualitas pelayanan bahkan integritas suatu unit pelayanan menjadi lebih baik di mata pasien. Hal tersebut merupakan kondisi saat ini yang dimanfaatkan oleh Tim Pengabdi. Tim Pengabdi memfasilitasi para suplair gizi unit PONED di puskesmas Kedundung dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kaidah halal pada produk-produknya melalui sosialisasi dan pendampingan sertifikasi halal.Kata Kunci: Sosialisasi, sertifikasi, halal, suplaier giziSOCIALIZATION OF THE IMPORTANCE OF HALAL CERTIFICATES FOR IMPROVING SUPERIOR SERVICE OF NUTRITIONAL SUPPLIERS IN KEDUNDUNG PUSKESMAS PONED UNIT, MOJOKERTO CITYABSTRACTThe government through the Halal Product Guarantee Administering Agency (BPJPH) requires halal certification for both products and services, including nutritionsuppliers in a basic emergency obstetric neonate service unit (PONED) at the Kedundung health center. Halal according to the provisions of Islamic law is something that is good, holy or clean, and not dangerous. Halal certificates function as a tool for nutritional suppliers to increase the added value of the services they produce, as well as providing peace of mind for patients, especially Muslim patients. Apart from that, suppliers are challenged to implement a Halal Guarantee System so that the quality of service and even the integrity of a service unit becomes better in the eyes of patients. Thisis the current condition that the Service Team is taking advantage of. The Service Team facilitates the nutritional suppliers of the PONED unit at the Kedundungcommunity health center in increasing awareness of the importance of halal rules in their products through socialization and assistance with halal certification.Keywords: Socialization, certification, halal, nutrition supplier
