Abstract

Dalam berbagai industri, alat penukar kalor (heat exchanger) merupakan komponen kunci yang sangat penting dalam proses pengolahan dan manufaktur.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah alat penukar kalor yang dilengkapi dengan sistem pengukuran untuk koefisien panas universal dan LMTD
Jenis penelitian dalam rancang bangun alat penukar panas (heat exchanger) untuk menghitung koefisien panas universal (U) dan ΔLMTD
Alat penukar kalor memainkan peran kunci dalam berbagai industri dengan memfasilitasi perpindahan panas yang efisien antara fluida. Pemahaman tentang prinsip dasar, jenis-jenis, dan perhitungan teknis sangat penting untuk merancang dan mengoperasikan alat penukar kalor yang optimal.

This research aims to design and build a heat exchanger equipped with a measurement system for universal heat coefficient and LMTD
Types of research in the design of heat exchangers to calculate the universal heat coefficient (U) and ΔLMTD
Heat exchangers play a key role in various industries by facilitating efficient heat transfer between fluids. An understanding of the basic principles, types and technical calculations is very important for designing and operating optimal heat exchangers.
