Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of contracts and sharia compliance at PT Ammana Fintek Syariah as the pioneer of sharia fintech peer-to-peer (P2P) lending in Indonesia. The main problem examined is the effectiveness of internal supervision and the suitability of digital platform operations with Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 117/2018 amidst regulatory challenges that remain conventional-centric. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive-analytical approach, this study evaluates the working mechanisms and financing products offered. The research findings show that PT Ammana has implemented various sharia contracts such as Wakalah bil Ujrah, and Mudharabah transparently and verifiably. The research conclusion confirms that the company's operations are aligned with sharia compliance standards, although they still face application technical issues and verification complexities. An important suggestion from this research is the need to optimize the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board and increase education for service users to minimize the risk of uncertainty (gharar) in the syaria digital financial technology.
