Abstract
Kepuasan pasien berperan penting dalam keberlangsungan rumah sakit dan klinik. Diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme tenaga medis, sistem manajemen antrian, dan infrastruktur kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Graha Medika Banyuwangi menggunakan Teori antrian menurut Heizer dan Render (2011) dan teori SERVQUAL
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda terhadap data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pasien menjalani perawatan dalam beberapa hari di instalasi rawat inap sebanyak 218 responden. hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor 916,5 dari rentang maksimal 1090. meskipun pada beberapa pernyataan yang menunjukkan masih adanya peluang untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan lebih lanjut, terutama pada aspek proses pendaftaran dan administrasi serta penyampaian informasi selama proses pelayanan
Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menyimpulkan profesionalisme tenaga medis, sistem manajemen antrian, dan infrastruktur kesehatan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Graha Medika Banyuwangi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan profesionalisme tenaga medis, dan merevitalisasi Sistem Pendaftaran Online dengan melakukan evaluasi mendalam terhadap sistem pendaftaran online/aplikasi

Patient satisfaction plays an important role in the sustainability of hospitals and clinics. Efforts are needed to improve patient satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of medical professionalism, queue management systems, and health infrastructure on patient satisfaction at Graha Medika Banyuwangi Hospital using the queue theory according to Heizer and Render (2011) and the SERVQUAL theory.
This study employs a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression on data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 218 respondents who underwent treatment for several days in the inpatient ward. The descriptive analysis results show that the level of patient satisfaction is in the high category with a score of 916.5 out of a maximum range of 1090. However, several statements indicate that there is still room for further improvement in service quality, especially in the aspects of registration and administration processes and the delivery of information during the service process.
The results of the multiple linear regression analysis concluded that the professionalism of medical personnel, the queue management system, and health infrastructure affect patient satisfaction at Graha Medika Banyuwangi Hospital. The results of this study have practical implications for hospital management to improve and maintain the professionalism of medical personnel and revitalise the online registration system by conducting an in-depth evaluation of the online registration system/application.
