Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam proses penguatan kompetensi emosi, moral, dan spiritual guru melalui program Guru Penggerak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah sejumlah guru yang telah mengikuti program Guru Penggerak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Guru Penggerak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap penguatan kompetensi emosi, moral, dan spiritual guru. Guru menjadi lebih mampu mengelola emosi, mengambil keputusan moral yang lebih baik, serta mengembangkan kesadaran spiritual yang lebih dalam. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat proses penguatan kompetensi tersebut. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan program Guru Penggerak serta upaya penguatan kualitas guru secara keseluruhan.

This study aims to describe and analyze in depth the process of improving teachers' emotional, moral, and spiritual competence through the Guru Penggerak program. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects of the study were a number of teachers who had participated in the Guru Penggerak program. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Guru Penggerak program has a significant impact on improving teachers' emotional, moral, and spiritual competence. Teachers become better able to manage emotions, make better moral decisions, and develop deeper spiritual awareness. In addition, this study also identifies factors that support and inhibit the process of improving these competencies. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of the Guru Penggerak program and efforts to improve teacher quality as a whole.
