Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Learning Disorder dalam pemahaman konsep IPAS pada peserta didik ADHD kelas III di SD Muhammadiyah 18 Surabaya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek 5 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan pada aspek perhatian, hiperaktif, dan impulsif. Siswa sulit fokus, mudah terdistraksi, sering lupa instruksi, gelisah, serta cenderung menjawab sebelum pertanyaan selesai. Kondisi ini berdampak pada rendahnya pemahaman konsep IPAS, terutama pada materi yang membutuhkan konsentrasi tinggi. Kesulitan belajar tersebut tidak disebabkan oleh kemampuan intelektual, melainkan gangguan perhatian dan kontrol perilaku. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran adaptif seperti instruksi singkat, penggunaan media konkret, serta pengulangan materi agar pemahaman konsep IPAS siswa ADHD dapat meningkat secara optimal.

This study aims to analyze Learning Disorder in understanding IPAS concepts among third grade students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) at SD Muhammadiyah 18 Surabaya.This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach questionnaires. The results show that students experienced diffoculties in attention, hyperactivity, and implusivity aspecs. Students had difficulty maintaining focus,were easily distracted,often forgot instructions, showed restlessbehavior,and tended to respond before questions were completed. These conditions impacted the low understanding of IPAS concepts,especially in materials requiring high concentration. The learning difficulties were not caused by low intellectual ability but by attetion deficits and behavioral control issues. Therefore, adaptive learning stategies are needed, such as concise instuctions, the use of con f concrete media, and repeated explanations to improve students’ understanding of IPAS concepts.
