Abstract

Bullying di sekolah dasar merupakan ancaman serius bagi pendidikan karakter. Data KPAI 2023 mencatat Bullying sebagai aduan kekerasan tertinggi di satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pencegahan perilaku Bullying untuk penguatan pendidikan karakter pada pembelajaran IPAS di SDN Mulyorejo 1/237 Surabaya. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan subjek penelitian terdiri atas kepala sekolah, dua guru IPAS, dan enam peserta didik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi guru mencakup kesepakatan kelas, integrasi nilai anti-Bullying secara kontekstual, media audio visual, dan diskusi kelompok. Dukungan institusional meliputi deklarasi anti-Bullying, poster edukatif, dan edukasi rutin. Empat indikator interaksi sosial peserta didik diantaranya percakapan, kerjasama, empati dan dukungan. Hal ini menunjukkan perkembangan positif meski masih terdapat inkonsistensi. Penelitian menyimpulkan strategi tersebut cukup efektif, namun perlu diperkuat melalui pelatihan guru, keterlibatan orang tua, dan sistem monitoring terstruktur.

Bullying in elementary schools is a serious threat for character education. Data of 2023 KPAI recorded bullying as the highest complaint of violence in educational units. This study aims to analyze bullying prevention strategies to strengthen character education in science learning at SDN Mulyorejo 1/237 Surabaya. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with the research subjects consisting of the principal, two science teachers, and six students. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that teacher strategies included classroom agreements, contextual integration of anti-bullying values, audio-visual media, and group discussions. Institutional support included anti-bullying declarations, educational posters, and routine education. Four indicators of student social interaction were conversation, cooperation, empathy, and support. This showed positive development, although some inconsistencies remained. The study concluded that these strategies were quite effective but needed to be strengthened through teacher training, parental involvement, and a structured monitoring system.
