Pengaruh Teori Motivasi McClelland dalam Meningkatkan Komitmen Relawan pada Organisasi Non-Profit "Generasi Abdi Surabaya 2024"

Komitmen relawan merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam keberlangsungan organisasi non-profit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi berdasarkan Teori McClelland terhadap komitmen relawan pada Organisasi Non-Profit Generasi Abdi Surabaya (GAS). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh (total sampling), sehingga seluruh anggota populasi yang berjumlah 50 relawan dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berdasarkan Teori McClelland berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen relawan pada Organisasi Non-Profit Generasi Abdi Surabaya. Semakin tinggi motivasi relawan, maka semakin tinggi pula komitmen relawan terhadap organisasi.

Volunteer commitment is one of the important factors in ensuring the sustainability of non-profit organizations. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation based on McClelland's Motivation Theory on volunteer commitment in the Generasi Abdi Surabaya (GAS) Non-Profit Organization. This study employed a quantitative approach using a total sampling technique, in which all 50 volunteers in the population were selected as research respondents. Data were processed using SPSS version 26 software.
The results of this study indicate that motivation based on McClelland's Motivation Theory has a positive and significant effect on volunteer commitment in the Generasi Abdi Surabaya Non-Profit Organization. The higher the volunteers' motivation, the higher their commitment to the organization.
