BENJAMIN PSYCHOSOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN FITZGERALD “CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON”.

Abstract
The researcher uses Curious Case of Benjamin Buttonone of the most literary work that interesting from F. Scott Fitzgerald. The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the stages development of Benjamin passed (2) to analyze Benjamin moral personality (3) to analyze Benjamin moral personality influences in the social environment. The method of this research is qualitative or descriptive research.
Psychosocial is a theory that presents human development as a product of the ongoing interaction between an individual’s (psycho) and abilities on the one hand societal (social) expectations and demands on the other hand. And development stage by Erik Erikson is a period of life that is characterized by a specific underlying organization. Both of them are the theories that relates between Benjamin and his development. Besides, the supported theory is moral personality by McAdam. It is like an orphan who wanders about developmental, personality, and social psychological neighborhoods, recognizing some common places but getting lost all the same. Meanwhile by this theory researcher can analyze the Benjamin moral personality and social influences. The result of this research are eight stages passed by Benjamin, his moral personality and Benjamin social life influences.
