Analisis Pengaruh Model HOT-FIT terhadap Kelengkapan Pengisian Rekam Medis Elektronik di RSGM X

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model HOT-Fit terhadap kelengkapan pengisian Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut (RSGM) IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kelengkapan pengisian RME yang menjadi tantangan utama dalam penerapan sistem rekam medis elektronik, meskipun sistem tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengisian data medis. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh empat variabel dalam model HOT-Fit, yaitu Human (Manusia), Organization (Organisasi), Technology (Teknologi), dan Net Benefit (Manfaat Bersih), terhadap kelengkapan pengisian RME.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 74 responden, yang terdiri dari tenaga medis dan non-medis di RSGM X. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang mengukur empat variabel dalam model HOT-Fit serta telaah dokumen RME untuk menilai kelengkapan pengisian data rekam medis. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik untuk menguji pengaruh variabel-variabel tersebut.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel dalam model HOT-Fit memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kelengkapan pengisian RME. Adanya pengaruh positif dari faktor-faktor tersebut, tidak sebanding dengan tingkat kelengkapan pengisian RME di lapangan masih sangat rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun dukungan dari faktor manusia, organisasi, teknologi, dan manfaat bersih sudah baik, tantangan dalam implementasi sistem masih ada.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the HOT-Fit model on the completeness of filling out Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at the Outpatient Installation of the Dental and Oral Hospital (RSGM) IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. The background of this study is based on the low completeness of RME filling, which is a major challenge in implementing an electronic medical record system, even though the system is expected to increase the efficiency and accuracy of filling in medical data. This study examines the influence of four variables in the HOT-Fit model, namely Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit, on the completeness of RME filling.
The research method used is a quantitative approach involving 74 respondents, consisting of medical and non-medical personnel at RSGM X. The instrument used was a questionnaire measuring the four variables in the HOT-Fit model and a review of RME documents to assess the completeness of filling in medical record data. The collected data were analyzed using logistic regression to test the influence of these variables.
The results showed that all variables in the HOT-Fit model had a significant positive influence on the completeness of RME filling. The positive influence of these factors is not proportional to the level of completeness of RME filling in the field, which is still very low. This shows that even though there is support from humans, organizational factors.
