Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan siswa di berbagai sekolah sejak tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Salah satu komponen kurikulum adalah pengembangan guru yang kompeten. Optimalisasi kurikulum dapat dicapai melalui keterlibatan guru dalam komunitas belajar, yang dapat mengembangkan strategi pengajaran yang efektif, menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, dan menumbuhkan lingkungan belajar yang positif. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti ini adalah desain pra-eksperimental. Format desain yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest design, dengan total sampel 15 pendidik dan 1 tenaga kependidikan. Dengan menggunakan angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi, peneliti mengolah data dengan uji validitas menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Terdapat korelasi atau hubungan yang sangat erat antara kompetensi pendidik dengan optimalisasi komunitas belajar dalam mewujudkan merdeka belajar di dalam kelas. Peningkatan kompetensi pendidik sangat berpengaruh dalam memberikan solusi yang inovatif dan kreatif. Melalui komunitas belajar ide-ide brilian bermunculan untuk menunjang pembelajaran di dalam kelas.

The Indonesian government has implemented Merdeka Curriculum to improve the quality of student education in various schools since the 2021/2022 academic year. One component of the curriculum is the development of competent teachers. Curriculum optimisation can be achieved through teacher engagement in learning communities, which can develop effective teaching strategies, foster a supportive learning environment, and foster a positive learning environment. The type of research this researcher conducted was a pre-experimental design. The design format used was one group pretest posttest design, with a total sample of 15 educators and 1 education staff. By using questionnaires, observations, and documentation, researchers process data with validity tests using the Pearson Product Moment formula and reliability tests using the Cronbach Alpha formula. There is a very close correlation or relationship between the competence of educators and the optimisation of learning communities in realising independent learning in the classroom. Increasing the competence of educators is very influential in providing innovative and creative solutions. Through the learning community, brilliant ideas emerge to support learning in the classroom.
