Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Anak Jalanan Korban Eksploitasi Ekonomi

According to the Indonesian Child Protection Commission that reporting the results of supervision in 10 districts, in 2023 there were 303 cases of children victims of economic exploitation in the last three years, this is in Indonesia with a fairly high rate of child exploitation, especially street children, This research aimed to examine legal protection for street children who were victims of economic exploitation and legal remedies that can be taken to protect them. The type of research used normative juridical with a legislative approach. The protection of child exploitation victims had been regulated in the Child Protection Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection, even criminal penalties for economic exploitation perpetrators were also explained in the Child Protection Law, there was also the Child Welfare Law and the Labor Law as legal remedies for victims of child economic exploitation.

Menurut komisi perlindungan anak Indonesia (kpai) melaporkan hasil pengawasan pada 10 kabupaten pada tahun 2023 terdapat 303 kasus anak korban eksploitasi secara ekonomi dalam tiga tahun terakhir ini hal ini menjadi Indonesia dengan angka eksploitasi anak khususnya anak jalanan yang cukup tinggi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perlindungan hukum terhadap anak jalanan yang menjadi korban eksploitasi ekonomi serta upaya hukum yang dapat dilakukan untuk melindungi mereka. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan.perlindungan korbar eksploitasi anak sudah di atur dalam UU Perlindungan Anak Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak, bahkan hukuman pidana bagi pelaku esplotasi ekonomi juga di jelaskan dalam UU Pelindungan Anak, terdapat juga UU Kesejahteraan Anak dan UU Tenaga Kerja sebagai upaya upaya hukum bagi korban eksploitasi ekonomi anak.
