Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh secara simultan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja kinerja karyawan General Public Logistic (GPL) Express Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik produk dan solusi layanan (SPSS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan General Public Logistic (GPL) Express Surabaya. Hasil koefisien determinasi R square menunjukan bahwasanya variabel kinerja dipengaruhi sebesar 56,1% oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan General Public Logistic (GPL) Express Surabaya. (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan General Public Logistic (GPL) Express Surabaya. (3) Motivasi dan Disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan General Public Logistic (GPL) Express Surabaya.

TThis study aims to determine whether motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at General Public Logistics (GPL) Express Surabaya. This study is quantitative. The data used in this study are primary data collected through a questionnaire using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistical software Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The population in this study were employees at General Public Logistics (GPL) Express Surabaya. The results of the R-square coefficient of determination indicate that motivation and work discipline influence performance variables by 56.1%. The results of this study indicate that (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of General Public Logistics (GPL) Express Surabaya employees. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of General Public Logistics (GPL) Express Surabaya employees. (3) Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of General Public Logistics (GPL) Express Surabaya employees.
