Pengaruh Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2018–2024

Perusahaan Food and Beverage merupakan perusahaan yang cenderung menunjukkan hasil keuangan yang stabil dan mempertahankan pembayaran dividen secara konsisten, sehingga menarik perhatian investor. Nilai Dividend Payout Ratio dapat dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan sebagai signal kepada investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari Return on Asset, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio pada perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018-2024. Pendekatan digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 8 perusahaan food and beverage selama periode 2018-2024. Jenis data yang dianalisis berupa data sekunder berasal dari laporan keuangan maupun laporan tahunan. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan alat bantu pengolahan data program EViews 13. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Return on Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Net Profit Margin berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio.sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, dan Debt to Eqtuity Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio.

Food and beverage companies tend to show stable financial results and maintain consistent dividend payments, thus attracting investors. The dividend payout ratio can be used by companies as a signal to investors. This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Dividend Payout Ratio in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2024. The approach used in this study was a quantitative approach using purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 8 food and beverage companies during the period 2018-2024. The type of data analyzed was secondary data from financial reports and annual reports. The research analysis method used panel data regression analysis with the EViews 13 data processing program. The results of the study proveed that Return on Assets does not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio. Net Profit Margin has a significant negative effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, while the Debt-to-Equity Ratio has a significant positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously affect the Dividend Payout Ratio.
