Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pola jual beli kendaraan bermotor, mengetahui implentasi akad pola jual beli kendaraan bermotor serta kesesuaian implementasi syariah jual beli kendaraan bermotor di showroom mobil Taman Motor terhadap perspektif Islamic corporate government (ICG). Meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap transportasi dan maraknya transaksi jual beli kendaraan bermotor di showroom mobil menggunakan sistem bunga dan denda keterlambatan, Untuk menelaah penelitian tersebut, penenelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menekankan pada analisa obyek dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis lapangan. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan pimpinan showroom dan senior marketing, sementara data skunder diperoleh melalui literatur dan dokumen pendukung.
Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pola praktik jual beli kendaraan bermotor menerapkan pola praktik jual beli kendaraan bermotor melalui offline dan media online, pola praktik jual beli kendaraan bermotor melalui perantara makelar, pola jual beli kendaraan bermotor melalui mekanisme tukar tambah (trade-in). pola jual beli kendaraan bermotor melalui pameran syariah fair. Penelitian ini diperoleh hasil temuan implementasi akad jual beli kendaraan bermotor di menggunakan akad jual beli kendaraan bermotor secara tunai, akad jual beli kendaraan bermotor secara kredit in house, yaitu kredit in house akad jual beli kredit dengan skema konsumen berhubungan langsung dengan pihak showroom, akad jual beli kendaraan bermotor cash tempo, serta akad jual beli kendaraan bermotor melalui pembiayaan BFI Syariah dengan metode murabahah.

This study aims to examine sales and purchase patterns of motor vehicle, to determine the implementation of motor vehicle sales and purchase contracts, and the suitability of the implementation of Syariah law in motor vehicle sales and purchase at Taman Motor showrooms from an Islamic corporate governance (ICG) perspective. Given the increasing public need for transportation and the prevalence of motor vehicle sales and purchase transactions at car showrooms using interest systems and late fees, this study used a qualitative method that emphasizes object analysis with a descriptive field analysis approach. Primary data was obtained through interviews with showroom managers and senior marketing personnel, while secondary data was obtained through literature and supporting documents.
The results of the study indicated that motor vehicle sales practices include offline and online sales, brokers, trade-ins, and Syariah fairs. This study found that motor vehicle sales contracts implemented include cash sales contracts, in-house credit sales contracts (in-house credit, where the consumer deals directly with the showroom), cash-based sales contracts (in-house credit), and BFI Syariah financing using the murabahah method.
