Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pola penyebaran dan penerimaan informasi keagamaan, khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Media sosial tidak lagi hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana hiburan dan interaksi sosial, tetapi juga dimanfaatkan sebagai media dakwah dan sumber pembelajaran agama Islam. Salah satu platform yang banyak digunakan oleh generasi muda adalah TikTok, yang menyajikan konten video singkat dengan penyampaian yang ringkas, visual, dan mudah diakses. Fenomena ini menimbulkan dinamika baru dalam proses belajar agama, sekaligus memunculkan pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana mahasiswa memandang konten dakwah di TikTok sebagai sumber belajar keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya terhadap konten dakwah di TikTok sebagai sumber belajar agama Islam, serta menganalisis persepsi tersebut ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran angket kepada mahasiswa, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran objektif mengenai persepsi responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum mahasiswa memiliki persepsi yang positif terhadap konten dakwah di TikTok sebagai sumber belajar agama Islam. Dari aspek kognitif, mahasiswa menilai konten dakwah di TikTok mampu menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman dasar keislaman. Dari aspek afektif, konten dakwah dinilai menarik, relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, serta mampu menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi dalam mempelajari ajaran Islam. Sementara itu, dari aspek psikomotorik, konten dakwah di TikTok mendorong mahasiswa untuk mengamalkan nilai-nilai keislaman, membagikan konten positif, serta lebih aktif mencari informasi keagamaan. Dengan demikian, TikTok memiliki potensi sebagai sumber belajar agama Islam alternatif bagi mahasiswa di era digital, selama digunakan secara bijak dan kritis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pendakwah, lembaga pendidikan, dan pengembang media dakwah dalam merancang konten dakwah digital yang lebih edukatif, akurat, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa.

The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed the way religious information is disseminated and received, particularly among university students. Social media is no longer used solely for entertainment and social interaction, but has also evolved into a medium for da’wah and Islamic learning. One of the most popular platforms among young people is TikTok, which presents short video content that is concise, visually engaging, and easily accessible. This phenomenon has created new patterns in religious learning and raises questions regarding students’ perceptions of TikTok da’wah content as a source of Islamic learning. This study aims to examine the perceptions of students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya toward da’wah content on TikTok as a source of Islamic religious learning, as well as to analyze these perceptions from cognitive, affective, and psychomotor perspectives. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to students and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to obtain an objective overview of students’ perceptions. The findings indicate that, in general, students have a positive perception of TikTok da’wah content as a source of Islamic learning. From the cognitive aspect, students perceive that TikTok da’wah content helps increase their understanding and knowledge of basic Islamic teachings. From the affective aspect, the content is considered engaging, relevant to students’ daily lives, and capable of enhancing motivation to learn Islam. Meanwhile, from the psychomotor aspect, TikTok da’wah content encourages students to apply Islamic values in their daily behavior, share positive content, and actively seek further religious knowledge. Therefore, TikTok has the potential to serve as an alternative source of Islamic learning for students in the digital era, provided that it is used wisely and critically. This study is expected to serve as a reference for preachers, educational institutions, and developers of digital da’wah media in designing Islamic content that is more educational, accurate, and aligned with students’ learning needs.
