Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh semakin menurunnya tingkatan disiplin dan moralitas santri, yang dipengaruhi oleh waktu belajar yang terbatas serta dampak lingkungan dan penggunaan alat teknologi. Madrasah Diniyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama nonformal memiliki peranan penting dalam menyebarkan nilai- nilai karakter, terutama akhlak baik dan disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan program Madrasah Diniyah dan menganalisa proses penyerapan nilai akhlak baik dan disiplin santri di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran Al- Hafidz Surabaya. Metode yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran dan pembiasan ibadah santri, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala Madrasah Diniyah, guru, dan santri, serta pengumpulan dokumentasi berupa catatan kegiatan dan arsip lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai akhlak mulia dan kedisiplinan dilakukan melalui pembelajaran kitab, pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan, keteladanan guru, serta penerapan aturan yang bersifat mendidik. Proses penyerapan nilai terjadi melalui tahapan pengenalan, pembiasaan, dan penerapan yang terlihat dalam perilaku santri sehari- hari. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program Madrasah Diniyah di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an Al-Hafidz Surabaya berperan penting dalam membentuk akhlak mulia dan kedisiplinan santri, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan seperti waktu yang terbatas dan pengaruhdari lingkungan eksternal.

This research is motivated by the declining levels of discipline and morality among students, influenced by limited learning time, environmental factors, and the use of technological devices. Madrasah Diniyah, as a non-formal religious educational institution, plays a crucial role in promoting character values, particularly good morals and discipline. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Madrasah Diniyah program and to analyze the process of instilling good morals and discipline among students at the Al-Hafidz Al-Qur’an Education Center in Surabaya. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations of student learning activities and religious habituation practices, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, and documentation in the form of activity records and institutional archives. The results indicate that the instillation of moral values and discipline is carried out through the study of religious texts, participation in religious activities, exemplary teacher behavior, and the implementation of institutional rules. The process of value internalization occurs through stages of introduction, habituation, and application, as reflected in students’ daily behavior. In conclusion, the Madrasah Diniyah program at the Al-Hafidz Al-Qur’an Education Center in Surabaya plays a significant role in developing students’ moral character and discipline, despite challenges such as limited time and external environmental influences.
