Abstract
Kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit yang dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dokter. Dokter memiliki peran utama dalam memberikan pelayanan medis yang berkualitas, sehingga kinerjanya dapat memengaruhi persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja dokter terhadap loyalitas dengan kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel mediasi pada pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain analitik observasional dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 responden diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dokter berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan nilai rata-rata 25, kepuasan pasien berada pada kategori puas dengan nilai rata-rata 46, dan loyalitas pasien berada pada kategori setuju dengan nilai rata-rata 19. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kinerja dokter terhadap kepuasan pasien dengan nilai r = 0,919, pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai r = 0,752, serta pengaruh kinerja dokter terhadap loyalitas pasien dengan nilai r = 0,692. Hasil uji Sobel menunjukkan nilai Z > 1,96 yang berarti kepuasan pasien berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dokter berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien, serta kepuasan pasien memediasi hubungan tersebut.

Patient satisfaction and loyalty are important indicators in assessing the quality of hospital services, which are influenced by physicians’ performance. Physicians play a crucial role in delivering high-quality medical care; therefore, their performance can affect patients’ perceptions of the healthcare services they receive. This study aimed to analyze the effect of physicians’ performance on patient loyalty, with patient satisfaction serving as a mediating variable among BPJS Kesehatan participants hospitalized at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Tulangan Hospital. This study employed a quantitative method with an observational analytic design using a cross-sectional approach. A total of 56 respondents were selected through a consecutive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires that had met validity and reliability requirements and were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Sobel tests. The results showed that physicians’ performance was categorized as fairly good, with a mean score of 25; patient satisfaction was categorized as satisfied, with a mean score of 46; and patient loyalty was categorized as agree, with a mean score of 19. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed a significant effect of physicians’ performance on patient satisfaction (r = 0.919), patient satisfaction on patient loyalty (r = 0.752), and physicians’ performance on patient loyalty (r = 0.692). The Sobel test yielded a Z-value greater than 1.96, indicating that patient satisfaction acted as a mediating variable. In conclusion, physicians’ performance significantly influences both patient satisfaction and patient loyalty, while patient satisfaction mediates the relationship between physicians’ performance and patient loyalty.
