Pengaruh Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return on Equity terhadap Price to Book Value pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2019–2024

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital (IC), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Return on Equity (ROE) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019–2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 95 perusahaan, dengan sampel 10 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 60 data observasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Equity berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap Price to Book Value. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,838924 menunjukkan bahwa 83,89% variasi Price to Book Value dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen dalam model. sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan modal
intelektual dan kemampuan menghasilkan laba memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital (IC), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Equity (ROE) on Price to Book Value (PBV) in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019–2024 period. This research used a quantitative approach with panel data regression methods. The research population was 95 companies, with a sample of 10 companies selected using purposive sampling techniques to obtain 60 observation data. Data analysis was carried out using EViews 12. The results
showed that Intellectual Capital, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity had a positive and significant effect on Price to Book Value. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.838924 indicated that 83.89% of the variation in Price to Book Value can be explained by the independent variables in the model. while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings
indicate that intellectual capital management and the ability to generate profits have an important role in increasing company value.
