Abstract
Wanting to say the words, it must see how the words are in the process so as to form a series of language, in which there are many of meanings or purposes. Not only the language just to understand a sentence but also in view of attitude, and the expression of someone how to pronounce it means to other people, and the writer try to analyze a text speech of Bung Tomo in Surabaya and try to find out his speech act, also identify the illocutionary and perlocutionary acts in the text.
