The Questionnaire Of Teacher Cognition On ICT Use In ELT

Dear Colleagues of English Lecturers in Indonesia,
I am Gusti Nur Hafifah, a doctorate student of English Education, Universitas Negeri Malang.
Currently , I am doing research for my dissertation on Teachers Cognition (knowledge, belief, attitude, and self-efficacy) on ICT and its use
in ELT in higher education settings in Indonesia. ICT in ELT in this research is defined as diverse technological tools (hardware) and
applications (software) used in language classrooms.
I would greatly appreciate if you could spend some time responding to this survey by filling in the questionnaire. There are 78 items
divided into six sections. It will take not more than 15 minutes to finish
Please note, that it is a voluntary survey about teachers’ perspective of ICT in ELT and NOT a test or personal assessment. Therefore, there
will be NO wrong or right answer.
