Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Jasa CV. Citra Abadi Cargo Sidoarjo

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work
motivation on employee performance in CV. Citra Abadi Cargo Sidoarjo.
This study uses a quantitative approach and the method of analysis uses
multiple linear regression. The method of data collection was done
through a questionnaire with a sample of 33 respondents. In this study, it
was found that the partial effect of the compensation variable (X1) had..a
positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y),
where the significant value was 0.004 <0.05 with an effect of 0.272 or
27.2. Partially, the work motivation variable (X2) had a positive effect
and significant to the employee performance variable (Y), where the
significant value is 0.002 < 0.05 with an effect of 0.907 or 90.7%. The
results of the F test analysis of compensation variables (X1) and work
motivation variables (X2) together (simultaneously) affect the employee
performance variable (Y), where f count is 6.110 > f table value is 3.32,
and the significant value is 0.001 < 0.05..
