Hubungan Supervisi Keperawatan Dengan Kualitas Kinerja Pelaksanaan Discharge Planning Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSU Haji Surabaya

Objective: The poor quality of performance in the discharge planning carried
out by nurses makes patients less understanding of the state of their disease
and increases the rate of re-hospitalization because it will have an impact on
the patient's unpreparedness in facing discharge from the hospital. Actually
discharge planning begins when the patient enters the inpatient room until
the patient returns, so that it can reduce LOS (length of stay) and medical
costs, which is an indicator of the quality of health care. So the purpose of
this study was to determine the relationship between nursing supervision and
the quality of nurse performance in implementing discharge planning in the
inpatient room of RSU Haji Surabaya.
