Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji (1) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng (2) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh yang terdiri dari 54 sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Indomaret Wilayah Gubeng

This study aims to test (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance in Indomaret Gubeng Area (2) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance in Indomaret Gubeng Area (3) the influence of leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance in Indomaret Gubeng Area.
This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sample used in this study uses nonprobability sampling, namely saturated sampling consisting of 54 samples. The analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Indomaret Gubeng Area employees. The results of the study show that (1) leadership style has an effect on the performance of Indomaret Gubeng Region employees (2) organizational culture has an effect on the performance of Indomaret Gubeng Region employees (3) leadership style and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on the performance of Indomaret Gubeng Region employees
