Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan perceived organizational support dengan resiliensi pada ibu bekerja di kota surabaya dan variabel mana yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi. Variabel terikat (Vy) dalam penelitian ini adalah resiliensi pada ibu bekerja di kota surabaya dengan variabel bebas (Vx1) adalah regulasi emosi dan (Vx2) perceived organizational support. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 130 ibu bekerja di Surabaya yang menjadi partisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dalam bentuk google form dan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh Rx1, x2, y sebesar 0.810 dan nilai F 120.826 dengan P=0.000 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa regulasi emosi dan perceived organizational support berhubungan secara signifikan terhadap resiliensi pada ibu bekerja di kota surabaya. Hasil korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai sumbangan efektif variabel regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi sebesar 74,1%, sedangkan sumbangan efektif perceived organizational support terhadap resiliensi sebesar 14,1%, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi adalah variabel regulasi emosi yang memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 74,1%.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between emotional regulation and perceived organizational support and resilience among working mothers in Surabaya and to determine which variables have the most significant influence on resilience. The dependent variable (Vy) in this study was resilience among working mothers in Surabaya, with the independent variables (Vx1) being emotional regulation and (Vx2) being perceived organizational support. The study used quantitative methods. A sample of 130 working mothers in Surabaya participated in the study. Data collection methods used a Google Form questionnaire and a Likert scale. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and product moment correlation analysis. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained Rx1, x2, y of 0.810 and an F value of 120.826 with P = 0.000 0.05. It could be concluded that emotional regulation and perceived organizational support are significantly related to resilience in working mothers in Surabaya. The results of the product moment correlation obtained a practical contribution value of 74.1% for emotional regulation variables to resilience, while the effective contribution of perceived organizational support to resilience was 14.1%. It could be concluded that the variable that has a greater influence on resilience was emotional regulation, which provided an effective contribution of 74.1%.
