Studi Kasus Penerapan Mobilisasi Dini terhadap Penurunan Involusi Uteri pada Pasien Post-SC di Rumah Sakit DKT Sidoarjo

Latar Belakang : Setiap ibu nifas akan mengalami proses involusi uteri, dimana otot-otot uterus berkontraksi untuk mencegah terjadinya perdarahan akibat pembuluh darah yang terbuka sehingga dengan adanya kontraksi akan membuat pembuluh darah yang terbuka terjepit, mobilisasi dini penting sekali untuk diberikan pada ibu dalam masa nifas untuk mempercepat proses involusi uteri Tujuan : pengaruh mobilisasi dini terhadap penurunan involusi uteri pada pasien post section caesarea Metode : rancangan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Rancangan ini akan dilihat hasil yang telah dilakukan setelah diberikan mobilisasi dini selama 3 hari. Penelitian menggunkan instrumen berupa lembar observasi. Hasil : hasil penelitian menunjukan 2 responden dengan involusi uteri sebelum diberikan mobilisasi dini involusi uteri lambat, setelah diberikan penerapan mobilisasi dini responden 1 penurunan inovolusi uterinya cepat sedangkan responden ke 2 lambat. Kesimpulan : ada perbedaan penurunan involusi uteri pada 2 responden salah satu faktornya yaitu kekuatan otot uterus primigravida lebih kuat dibandingkan multigravida.

Background : Every postpartum mother will experience the process of uterine involution, where the uterine muscles contract to prevent bleeding due to open blood vessels so that the contractions will cause the open blood vessels to become pinched. Early mobilization is very important to provide to mothers during the postpartum period to speed up the process of uterine involution. Objective : The effect of early mobilization on reducing uterine involution in post-caesarean section patients. Method : research design using case studies. This design looks at the results that have been carried out after being given early mobilization for 3 days. The research used an instrument in the form of an observation sheet. Results : The results of the study showed that 2 respondents had uterine involution before being given early mobilization, uterine involution was slow, after being given early mobilization, the first respondent's decrease in uterine involution was fast, while the second respondent's was slow. Conclusion : there is a difference in the reduction of uterine involution in the 2 respondents, one of the factors being that the uterine muscle strength of primigravidas is stronger than that of multigravidas.
