Abstract
Sistem informasi kesehatan memegang peranan strategis dalam mendukung pemberian layanan yang efisien dan efektif di tengah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, termasuk di rumah sakit sebagai institusi pelayanan publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerimaan dan penggunaan nyata Sistem Informasi Manajemen Instalasi Rawat Jalan (SIM RAJA) oleh petugas setelah dievaluasi dengan TAM dan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan sistem informasi tersebut terhadap kepuasan pasien setelah dievaluasi dengan metode ServQual di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok petugas (dokter dan perawat) serta kelompok pasien rawat jalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling untuk petugas dan rumus Slovin untuk pasien, dengan jumlah responden 55 petugas dan 100 pasien. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis TAM dan ServQual, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk kelompok pasien dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R² ATU = 0,728, IU = 0,858, dan ASU = 0,205, menandakan masih adanya kontribusi variabel lain di luar model penelitian ini. Uji signifikansi simultan menghasilkan nilai F = 69,705 (ATU), 102,358 (IU), dan 13,669 (ASU) dengan p < 0,05, sehingga seluruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen. Uji signifikansi parsial menunjukkan semua dimensi TAM signifikan (t > 1,96; p < 0,05). Seluruh dimensi ServQual memiliki gap negatif; analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa dimensi bukti fisik dan jaminan termasuk dalam kuadran prioritas utama perbaikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kegunaan dan kemudahan penggunaan SIM RAJA terhadap sikap, niat perilaku, dan penggunaan aktual sistem, serta pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Dimensi bukti fisik dan jaminan merupakan aspek utama yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan kualitas layanan sistem.

Health information systems play a strategic role in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective healthcare services amid the rapid advancement of information technology, including within hospitals as public service institutions. The purpose of this study was to analyse the acceptance and actual use of the Outpatient Management Information System (SIM RAJA) by healthcare personnel, evaluated through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and to examine the influence of the system’s service quality on patient satisfaction, assessed using the ServQual model, at the Outpatient Department of Dr Soedono Regional General Hospital, Madiun. This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The study population comprised two groups: healthcare staff (doctors and nurses) and patients receiving outpatient care. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling for staff and the Slovin formula for patients, resulting in 55 staff respondents and 100 patient respondents. Data were collected through TAM- and ServQual-based questionnaires. Analytical techniques included multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) for the patient group, with all statistical analyses performed using SPSS software. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed R² values of 0.728 (ATU), 0.858 (IU), and 0.205 (ASU), indicating that other variables outside the model also contributed to system use. The simultaneous significance test yielded F-statistics of 69.705 (ATU), 102.358 (IU), and 13.669 (ASU) with p < 0.05, suggesting that the independent variables significantly influenced the dependent variables simultaneously. The partial significance test indicated that all TAM dimensions were significant (t > 1.96; p < 0.05). All ServQual dimensions exhibited negative gap scores, with IPA analysis showing that the tangibility and assurance dimensions were in the high-priority quadrant. In conclusion, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of SIM RAJA significantly influenced staff attitude, behavioural intention, and actual system use, while service quality significantly affected patient satisfaction. Tangibility and assurance are key aspects requiring improvement to optimise system performance and service quality.
