Abstract
Perkembangan penjualan skincare di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan. Negara Indonesia merupakan salah satu pangsa pasar yang memiliki prospek besar dalam bidang industri kecantikan. Kosmetik dan skincare sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer bagi kaum wanita. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuisioner kepada 67 responden. Teknik analis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan Teknik pengolah data menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan bahwa motivasi hedonis dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang.

The development of skincare sales in Indonesia has increased. Indonesia is one of the market shares that has great prospects in the beauty industry. Cosmetics and skincare have become a primary need for women in today’s trend. The approach used in this study is questionnaires to 67 respondents. The analyst technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with data processing techniques using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 16.0 program. The result of this study show that hedonic motivation and service qualiy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.
