Gambaran Self-Efficacy Klien Gagal Ginjal Kronik yang Menjalani Hemodialisis di RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur

Klien yang mengalami gangguan ginjal stadium akhir yang menjalani hemodialisis yang panjang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi keyakinan diri seorang klien yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidupnya. Berbagai masalah akan muncul yang berdampak pada kesehatan fisik, kondisi psikologis, spiritual, status sosial ekonomi, dorongan seksual, dinamika keluarga, depresi dan ketakutan menghadapi kematian.
Penelitian di lakukan di RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur pada 11-30 Juni 2025.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan Teknik total sampling. Besar sample sebesar 69 responden sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan The chronic kidney disease self efficacy (CKD=SE) instrument.. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar responden memiliki self efficacy yang tinggi sebanyak 49 responden atau sekitar 71% dan yang memilik self efficacy rendah sebanyak 20 responden atau sekitar 29%.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh self efficacy pasien di ruang Hemodialisis RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur masih belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, harapannya perawat diruang Hemodialisis dapat mengoptimalkan meningkatkan self efficacy pasien untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalankan hemodialisis.

Clients with end-stage kidney disease undergoing prolonged hemodialysis indirectly affect their self-confidence, which in turn affects their quality of life. Various issues arise, impacting physical health, psychological well-being, spirituality, socioeconomic status, sexual drive, family dynamics, depression, and fear of death.
The study was conducted at the Haji Hospital, East Java Province, from June
11-30, 2025. The research design used a quantitative descriptive approach with a
total sampling technique. The sample size was 69 respondents, meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used the chronic kidney disease self- efficacy (CKD=SE) instrument. The results showed that the majority of respondents (49 respondents, or approximately 71%) had high self-efficacy, while 20 respondents (approximately 29%) had low self-efficacy.
Based on the research results, patient self-efficacy in the hemodialysis ward at
Haji Hospital, East Java Province, is still suboptimal. Therefore, it is hoped that nurses in the hemodialysis ward can optimize patient self-efficacy to improve the quality of life of chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis.
