Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Pondok Pesantren eLKISI Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Pondok Pesantren eLKISI Mojokerto, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 31 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 16,450 dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000. Secara parsial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 dan nilai Beta sebesar 0,479, sedangkan disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 dan nilai Beta sebesar 0,475. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan motivasi dan disiplin kerja guru dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja guru secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja merupakan faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pihak sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu, sekolah disarankan untuk menerapkan kebijakan yang mendukung peningkatan motivasi kerja serta memperkuat penerapan disiplin kerja secara konsisten guna mencapai kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Therefore, school management is encouraged to implement policies that foster teacher motivation and consistently enforce work discipline to achieve improved educational quality.
