Abstract
Skripsi ini berjudul “Analisis Program Sinergi Interaksi Orang tua dan Pengajaran Guru dalam Optimalisi Stimulasi Kognitif Anak Usia 3-4 Tahun di KB Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan program sinergi antara orang tua dan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif anak usia 3–4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo, untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan kognitif anak usia 3–4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo, untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan kognitif anak usia 3–4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari. Pada Penelitian ini terdapat rumusan masalah yaitu: (1) Bagaimana penerapan program sinergi antara orang tua dan guru dalam menstimulasi perkembangan kognitif anak usia 3–4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo? (2) Bagaimana perkembangan kognitif anak usia 3–4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo? (3) Apakah faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perkembangan kognitif anak usia 3–4 tahun di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo? Subjek penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Sekolah, guru, wali murid, dan peserta didik di Kelompok Bermain Aisyiyah Mentari. Penulis menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif. Adapun data yang dikumpulkan yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi.

This undergraduate thesis is entitled “An Analysis of the Implementation of a Parent–Teacher Interaction Synergy Program and Teachers’ Instructional Patterns in Optimizing Cognitive Stimulation for Children Aged 3–4 Years at Aisyiyah Mentari Playgroup, Probolinggo City.” The aims of this study were: (1) to describe the implementation of a synergy program between parents and teachers in stimulating the cognitive development of children aged 3–4 years at Aisyiyah Mentari Playgroup, Probolinggo City; (2) to describe the cognitive development of children aged 3–4 years at the institution; and (3) to identify and analyze the factors influencing the cognitive development of children aged 3–4 years at Aisyiyah Mentari Playgroup. The research questions addressed were: (1) How is the synergy program between parents and teachers implemented to stimulate the cognitive development of children aged 3–4 years at Aisyiyah Mentari Playgroup, Probolinggo City? (2) How is the cognitive development of children aged 3–4 years at the playgroup? and (3) What factors influence the cognitive development of children aged 3–4 years at Aisyiyah Mentari Playgroup, Probolinggo City? The research subjects included the school principal, teachers, parents, and students at Aisyiyah Mentari Playgroup. This study employed a qualitative research approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation.
