Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai mediator pada kader organisasi kemahasiswaan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan melibatkan 322 responden yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling, data dikumpulkan menggunakan konstruksi skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior, budaya organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Path dan dihitung signifikansinya melalui uji PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada model pertama bahwa budaya organisasi berperan signifikan terhadap hubungannya dengan komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,565. Pada model kedua komitmen organisasi serta budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,170 dan 0,620. Komitmen organisasi juga terbukti menjadi mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan nilai koefisien tidak langsung sebesar 0,716 dan signifikansi PLS SEM sebesar 3,264. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat meningkatkan komitmen anggota, yang selanjutnya mendorong Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as a mediator in student organization cadres. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design and involving 322 respondents selected through simple random sampling, data were collected using the Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale construction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment scale. Data analysis used path analysis and calculated its significance through the PLS-SEM test. The results of the study showed that in the first model, organizational culture plays a significant role in its relationship with organizational commitment with a coefficient value of 0.565. In the second model, organizational commitment and organizational culture have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with coefficient values of 0.170 and 0.620. Organizational commitment is also proven to be a significant mediator in the relationship between organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior with an indirect coefficient value of 0.716 and a PLS SEM significance of 3.264. These findings indicated that a strong organizational culture increases member commitment, which in turn encourages Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
