Hubungan Beban Kerja dengan Stres Kerja Perawat Instalasi Bedah Sentral di Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah

Pendahuluan : Instalasi Bedah Sentral (IBS) memiliki beban kerja yang kompleks dan dapat menimbulkan stres kerja yang tinggi pada perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja pada perawat di Instalasi Bedah Sentral Rumah Sakit Siti Khodijah Sepanjang. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik - korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 32 responden atau seluruh petugas di Instalasi Bedah Sentral RS Siti Khodijah Sepanjang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner beban kerja dan kuesioner stres kerja yaitu Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman’s rho. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mayoritas pada kategori sedang yaitu 13 responden (41%), sedangkan tingkat stres kerja mayoritas pada kategori sedang yaitu 19 responden (59%). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai r = 0,483 (korelasi sedang) dan nilai dan p = 0,005 (p < 0,05) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja. Kesimpulan : Semakin tinggi beban kerja perawat maka semakin meningkat tingkat stres kerja yang dialami. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengelolaan beban kerja yang optimal untuk meminimalkan risiko stres kerja pada perawat.

Introduction: Central Surgical Installation (CSI) has a complex workload, which can lead to high work stress among nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress among nurses in the Central Surgical Installation of Siti Khodijah Hospital Sepanjang. Method: This study employed an analytic-correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with 32 respondents, i.e., all staff at the Central Surgical Installation of RS Siti Khodijah Sepanjang. Data collection was conducted using a workload questionnaire and the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS), a work stress questionnaire, and analyzed using Spearman’s rho correlation test. Results: The research shows that most of the workload falls into the moderate category, with 13 respondents (41%), and that most work stress levels also fall into the moderate category, with 19 respondents (59%). The statistical test results indicate a value of r = 0.483 (moderate correlation) and a p-value of 0.005 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between workload and work stress. Conclusion: The higher the workload of nurses, the higher the level of work-related stress experienced. Therefore, optimal workload management is necessary to minimize the risk of work-related stress among nurses.
