Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Firm Size, Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Price to Book Value (PBV) in the Food & Beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020–2024. The method used is a quantitative, panel-data-based multiple linear regression approach. The sample consists of 19 companies selected purposively. The data used comes from annual reports and financial statements over a five-year observation period. Data processing was carried out using STATA 15.0, and the test results indicated that the best model was the Random Effect Model (REM). The research results show that Firm Size, NPM, and DER simultaneously have a significant effect on PBV, with a probability value of 0.000. Partially, Firm Size and NPM do not have a significant effect on PBV, whereas DER does. Companies are advised to pay closer attention to managing their capital structure to enhance investor confidence and support sustainable increases in company value.
