Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara pengalaman kerja dan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan program internship Yayasan Open Your Mind (OYM) Indonesia. Komitmen organisasi merupakan faktor penting dalam mempertahankan keberlanjutan keanggotaan dan produktivitas dalam organisasi sosial, sehingga terdapat 2 hubungan yang akan diselidiki dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) hubungan antara pengalaman kerja dengan komitmen organisasi; dan 2) hubungan antara dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan internship Yayasan Open Your Mind (OYM) Indonesia dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 50 orang, yang terdiri atas
10 orang laki-laki dan 40 perempuan yang berasal dari berbagai departemen diantaranya BPH/Manager, Human Resource Department, Digital Department, Program Department, dan Marketing Department. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik korelasi product moment dari Pearson, dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS versi 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan dukungan organisasi berhubungan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, dengan nilai F sebesar 20,726 ˃ F tabel 3,195 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai R sebesar 0,685 dan R Square sebesar 0,469 menunjukkan bahwa 46,9% variasi komitmen organisasi dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen tersebut. Secara parsial, pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (sig. 0,040 < 0,05; t = 2,107), begitu pula dukungan organisasi (sig. 0,000 < 0,05; t = 5,266). Sebagian besar responden memiliki persepsi dukungan organisasi yang rendah, menggambarkan perlunya peningkatan perhatian, pembinaan, dan fasilitas kerja bagi karyawan magang. Dengan demikian, peningkatan pengalaman kerja dan dukungan organisasi terbukti dapat memperkuat komitmen organisasi pada karyawan program internship di Yayasan OYM Indonesia.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between work experience and organizational support toward organizational commitment of internship employees at the Open Your Mind (OYM) Indonesia Foundation. Organizational commitment is a crucial factor in maintaining membership continuity and productivity in social organizations. Therefore, two relationships will be investigated in this study: 1) the relationship between work experience and organizational commitment; and 2) the relationship between organizational support and organizational commitment. The study was conducted on internship employees of the Open Your Mind (OYM) Indonesia Foundation, with 50 participants, consisting of 10 men and 40 women from various departments, including the BPH/Manager, Human Resource Department, Digital Department, Program Department, and Marketing Department. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using Pearson’s product moment correlation statistical technique, with the help of the SPSS version 11 statistical program. The results of the study indicate that work experience and organizational support are significantly related to organizational commitment, with an F value of 20.726 ˃ F table 3.195 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The R value of 0.685 and R Square of 0.469 indicate that 46.9% of the variation in organizational commitment is explained by the two independent variables. Partially, work experience has a significant effect on organizational commitment (sig. 0.040 <0.05; t = 2.107), as does organizational support (sig. 0.000 <0.05; t = 5.266). Most respondents have a low perception of organizational support, illustrating the need for increased attention, coaching, and work facilities for interns. Thus, increased work experience and organizational support have been shown to strengthen organizational commitment of internship program employees at the OYM Indonesia Foundation.
