Abstract
Pada Penelitian ini, terdapat Rumusan Masalah yaitu : (1) Bagaimana pendidikan inklusi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Mentari? (2) Bagaimana peran orang tua terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus dengan Home Program? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Home Program dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan untuk mengetahui pendidikan inklusi anak berkebutuhan khusus PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo. Sehingga perkembangan anak berkembang secara optimal dan sesuai dengan tahapan usianya. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu wali murid dan peserta didik Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo dengan jumlah siswa 12. Penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun data yang dikumpulkan yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, menunjukkan pengaruh Home Program terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di layanan Inklusi PAUD ‘Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo melalui stimulasi – stimulasi yang diberikan dapat terlaksana dengan baik, peran orang tua dan pihak sekolah terjalin dengan baik, sehingga perkembangan sosial emosional Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus akan tercapai dan berkembang sesuai dengan tahapan usianya.

This study has the following research questions: (1) How is inclusive education for children with special needs implemented at the 'Aisyiyah Mentari Early Childhood Education Center? (2) What is the role of parents in the social-emotional development of children with special needs through the Home Program? The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Home Program could be implemented effectively and to examine the inclusive education of children with special needs at the 'Aisyiyah Mentari Early Childhood Education Center in Probolinggo City. This was done so that the children's development could be optimized and in accordance with their age levels. The subjects of this study were parents and students of children with special needs at the 'Aisyiyah Mentari PAUD in Probolinggo City, with a total of 12 students. The author used quantitative research. The data was collected through interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study show that the Home Program has an impact on the social emotional development of children with special needs in the PAUD 'Aisyiyah Mentari Kota Probolinggo inclusion service. Through the stimulation provided, the program can be implemented well, and the roles of parents and the school are well integrated, so that the social-emotional development of children with special needs will be achieved and develop in accordance with their age stages.
