Abstract
Pendahuluan: Masalah perilaku yang saat ini marak terjadi di kalangan remaja adalah bullying. Masalah perilaku ini dapat memengaruhi prestasi belajar, kemampuan bersosialisasi bahkan kesehatan jiwa baik untuk pelaku bahkan korbannya. Persepsi merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying. Persepsi yang salah mengenai bullying umumnya juga sering disamakan dengan humor. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Persepsi Guru Tentang Kejadian Bullying Remaja di Sekolah di Wilayah Kecamatan Mulyorejo Kota Surabaya. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi 251 guru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 72 guru. Pengumpulan Data: Kuesioner. Hasil dan Diskusi: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis kelamin paling banyak perempuan sebanyak 47 responden. Usia responden paling banyak berumur 29-34 tahun sebanyak 19 responden. Responden paling banyak menjadi guru mata pelajaran sebanyak 34 responden. Pendidikan guru dominan menempuh Pendidikan (S1) sebanyak 65 responden. Pengalaman bekerja terbanyak selama 16-20 tahun sebanyak 23 responden. Pengetahuan adanya regulasi terhadap bullying di sekolah dominan menjawab ada dengan sebanyak 62 responden. Dan pengalaman mengikuti pelatihan penanganan bullying dominan responden yang sudah pernah sebanyak 48 responden. Responden dominan memiliki Persepsi positif sebanyak 70 responden (97.2%) dan responden yang memiliki persepsi negatif sebanyak 2 responden (2.8%). Sesuai penelitian yang berdasarkan kategori persepsi positif dan persepsi negatif menunjukkan bahwa semua guru lebih dominan memiliki persepsi yang positif.

Introduction: The behavioral problem that is currently rampant among teenagers is bullying. This behavioral problem can affect academic achievement, socialization skills and even mental health for both the perpetrator and the victim. Perception is one of the factors that influence bullying behavior. Misperceptions about bullying are also often equated with humor. Objective: This study aims to determine the Description of Teacher Perceptions About Teenage Bullying Incidents in Schools in Mulyorejo District, Surabaya. Method: The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a population of 251 teachers. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling with a sample size of 72 teachers. Data Collection: Questionnaire. Results and Discussion: The results of the study showed that the gender was mostly female with 47 respondents. The age of the respondents was mostly 29-34 years old, as many as 19 respondents. The respondents mostly became subject teachers, as many as 34 respondents. The dominant teacher education was bachelor degree (S1) as many as 65 respondents. The most work experience was for 16-20 years as many as 23 respondents. Knowledge of the existence of regulations against bullying in schools was predominantly answered with as many as 62 respondents. And the experience of participating in training on handling bullying was predominantly respondents who had been there as many as 48 respondents. The dominant respondents had a positive perception as many as 70 respondents (97.2%) and respondents who had a negative perception as many as 2 respondents (2.8%). According to research based on the category of positive perception and negative perception, it shows that all teachers are more dominant in having a positive perception.
